calls always and does not leave message

calls all most every day several times including weekends. No messages just beep, for more then a year, HELP!

Every time I answer the phone, no one is there. They call here 3-4 times a DAY!

I received a call from this number on my cell on Christmas day. I didn't answer since the number was unknown to me. I called the number back using a land line. It says the number is not in service.

My parents in Texas received a call from this #,-9806 saying they were a process server, gave a case# and his name is Steve Adams. I googled this telephone #, and found this sight that it is scammers. How do I get them to stop harrassing my parents?

i don't answer unless i recognize the number and/or person calling, but they call 2 or 3 times a day

I signed up to get college information that was perfect for my background after answering questions, and you have to leave your phone number so they can call you.
